Server Error in '/MonitoringWebApp' Application

Hello,

I realize a new install of EV on 2008R2 server.

I launch the operation manager webapp configuration successfully.

When i try to connect to the webpage, i met this error :

Server Error in '/MonitoringWebApp' Application.

The default webpage of Enterprise Vault http:\\alias\enterprisevault run correctly...

Also the  Accounts must be a Power User to monitor EVOM. You can set this up in operations Manager Group in RBA

You need to check IIS to make sure the monitoringwebapp virtual directory exists on that server Roles based administration won't help you, purely for the fact that it's a page cannot be found as opposed to access denied If the virtual directory doesn't exist then rerun the Web app config

I try the technote TECH77418 this error occured :

Start granting FRESFRIS09\ASPNET access to the IIS metabase and other directorie
s used by ASP.NET.
The user 'FRESFRIS09\ASPNET' does not exist.

I use the vault service account to configure webapp, so it's poweruser !

the Monitoringwebapp is created, i rerun the webapp config => same error

I try to remove .net and ASP, reinstall asp and .net => same error

Hi,

I remove EV, IIS and .net 3.5sp1

I reinstall IIS then reboot, .net then reboot and finaly EV 9.0.2

I reconnect to the directory DB and launch the Webapp monitoring configuration

And it's works !... and i dont kown why !

I just see that during IIS install this morning, we met SAW error during the configuration of the default web site !

After my IIS installation no error !
