Hello,
Does anybody have issues trying to have the below message classes to get archived by EV 8.0.4.1991 ? This being with either scheduled archiving, manual archiving or PST Migration.
InfoPath forms IPM.InfoPathForm.* where * is a string of 32 alphanumeric characters with a $ in the middle
Signed messages IPM.Note.SMIME.MultipartSigned
SharePoint updates/alerts IPM.Sharing
Meeting request - Canceled IPM.Schedule.Meeting.Canceled
Meeting request IPM.Schedule.Meeting.Request
Meeting request - Declined IPM.Schedule.Meeting.Resp.Neg
Meeting request - Accepted IPM.Schedule.Meeting.Resp.Pos
Meeting request - Tentative IPM.Schedule.Meeting.Resp.Tent
I found the article TECH35602 that should allow me to include those classes for archiving, but what about "IPM.Note.SMIME.MultipartSigned", shouldn't it be already included since I have IPM.Note* as already listed and selected in all my policies ?
If anybody added those message classes to their EV server's supported classes, did you encountered any issue afterward ?
thx

The SMIME stuff , depending on what version of EV you are on, you may need an EV hotfix to succesfully archive those items, but the rest aren't a problem that i'm aware of

Thanks Rob, this hotfix should do the job.
Has this issue been fixed as well in version 9.0 SP1 ?
For the other classes, I guess I'll add IPM.InfoPathForm*, IPM.Sharing* and IPM.Schedule* to my list of message classes and enable them inside my policies.

Yes it's fine in 9.0.1. 9.0 had a similiar hotfix to the one I mentioned, but 9.0.1 is fine.
