Shortcut Expiry Exclusion

We have a business partner (1 out of 1300) who does not want any of his shortcuts automaticaly deleted.

Does anyone have an idea on how to allow his and only his mailbox from not deleting shortcuts when shortcut expiry runs?

I don't think that can be done. I know you can set archives to not expire items, but I don't know of a setting like that for shortcuts. If it doesn't exsist that would probably be a good enhancement request.
