Shortcut Message View on Delegated Mailbox w/EV 8

When users double-click on a shortcut that resides in a mailbox for which they have delegated access, the message view returns blank and without error. The only way they can see the actual email text is to restore the archived item. I have checked permissions on the delegated archive and users have full inherited permissions and Folder Synchronization within the Policy is enabled. Any ideas? I have Exchange 2003, Outlook 2007, and EV8 SP1.

you will want to ensure that in your Desktop Policy on the Advanced tab that Allow Scripts in Shared Folders is set to Force On.

After you change that run Synchronization for the mailboxes and have the user close and reopen Outlook.
