I'm sorry, but I still don't know exactly which messages. ;)
I suspect you mean those in Outlook, in the Header of a message?
Then I have to disappoint you, there is no supported option.
You could however (i't unsupported, though) edit the Enterprise Vault forms and deploy them through your Org Forms...
But why is it imported to have those messages in two languages for you?
As far as I know, Enterprise Vault displays the Form in the language that Outlook was installed (or maybe the language settings of the OS, I'm not quite sure).
So if your user has got a german Outlook, he will be displayed german forms...
If the user has got french outlook, he should be displayed french forms... ?
Cheers
Michel

But if the filename is the same and it has to be placed into the c:\program files\enterprise vault folder instead of being able to smartly pickup from the langaguages\fr or \en folders how do i have them with different names.
Reason the company is a bi-lingual company has to do in both.
