Good day everyone...I am having an issue where my users are having a LOT of difficulty with Outlook, and we have incorporated Symantec E-Vault to store older information as opposed to using PST files or any other type, we have had this archiving method in place for a while now, but here is the issue I am currently looking at...Many users after the E-Vault has been implemented have .OST files that grow considerably in size. The largest one I have come across has been nearly 5GB, the one common bond is that ALL of the people who are experiences the slowdowns in Outlook are the ones who are on E-Vault, once I wipe out their .OST files, it all falls back into place and they are able to work properly. Is there any possibility that E-Vault can be causing the .OST files to grow exponentially???
