Hello Guys,

I would just like to share this TechNote where if you delete the user from Active Directory how do you delete it from Enterprise Vault "The mailbox GUID does not match the entry in the database.

Exchange Provisioning Task generates Event ID 41107 errors in the Enterprise Vault Event Log stating "The mailbox GUID does not match the entry in the database".

But still the same issue then we followed another TechNote

How to add a deleted Active Directory user back to Enterprise Vault?

Thanks & Regards,

so are you saying that you deleted the user but its picking it up again?
the only time you should see that is if you have a user with the same legacymbxDN in your environment and its saying they're not exactly the same so its not going to do anything

But if you deleted the user from AD then this error shouldnt be coming back?
