Unable to Move Placeholder Files from One File Server to Another

I am using the FSAUtility to move placeholder files from one file server to another and keep receiving the following error message:

"Volume xxx not found in EV database"

The command that I am using is:

 FSAUtility -m -s \\servername1\sharename\folder1 -d \\servername2\sharename\folder1

What does the above error really mean and how can I fix the issue in order to successfully move the placeholder files to the other server?

Any input/assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Are there any events in the EV App log?

What version are you using?

Are you logged in as the Vault Service Account?

I do not see any events in the EV app log from the time that I tried to run the FSAUtility command.

I am using v.2007 or 7.5.

I am logged in as the Vault Service Account.

Is the placeholder server installed and running on the source and target servers ?
Also on the second server, is there an archive point setup for the location where your copying too ?
