Unable to open Vault Links.

We have a user who states that when Vault 6.0.3.8000 was installed on his pc, he had no issue opening the links and reading his archived mail. For some reason, when he tries to click on a link now nothing happens. This has been going on for a couple of days. We are running Outlook 2k3 sp2. Any ideas what might be causing this to happen?

Did you upgrade the client lately, or is it the same client (6.0.3.8000) that he was using before when it worked?
 
Do the enterprise vault icons appear on the toolbar within Outlook?
 
Can you perfrom a search and open the items, or view them using archive explorer?

We did not upgrade recently but the mailbox was migrated from another domain and the software was installed after migration.
 
The icons appear on the toolbar but I don't know if he can search. I will have to find out.
