Update offline vault not complete

We have made a new laptop with win7 for a user, and run "update offline vault" on the new laptop.

This runs with no problems and say´s all up to date.

But all emails have not been placed in outlook 2003, some are there and some are missing.

Have run "resetEVclient.exe" and tried to run "update offline vault" but it doesnt see any changes.

I can see them in "archive explorer" and get them from there, but its quite alot of mails to go through to see whats missing and whats up to date.

Any have experience this before and have a good idea to get it fixed without reinstalling anything again?

Hi csc fs,

What version of EV server and client are you running?

When you say some are missing, do you mean they are randomly missing or are they missing from certain date to a certain date?

What is the offline vault policy have you got set to?

Perhaps a client trace would help to see what is happening during the download of offline vault?
