What do I need to do when using outlook to retrieve archived email on another domain?
Scenario:
Exhange server and EV server are joined ABC domain
User A 's PC logged on DEF domain
no trust is built between ABC and DEF domains
User A open mailbox stored on the ABC domain exchange server and he can open the email but not the archived one.
When I click search vault button, it shows the error: HTTP status code 504, DNS look-up failed for 'ev01.ABC'
Then I 've added "ev01.ABC" record in the DNS server of DEF, but the problem still occurs.
I added the DNS server address of ABC domain into User A's PC, but the problem still occurs.
What should i do the enable the retrieving of the archived email?
