Hi,
I have one question about the vault cache, when checking the virtual cache setting in my outlook i have this option:
-
Disk Usage
This is the maximum size of your vault cache
If space runs out, the oldest items in the vault cache are deleted to make space for new items
-
I understand that when i reach 2 GB of space then it will start deleting from my vault cache, but is this emails still available in the archive explorer or are the items deleted for good?
Regards
Thomas

When the user reach the 2 gb the onlder iemails from the offline vault would get deleted so the new one can be downloaded .When item is deleted from the vault cache , it delete from the offline databse from the users machine and it not from the users archive . so can still the see the item in the archvie explorer but can restreo them only when you are online.

Thanks for both your answers.
What about the Virtual Vault, does this also have the same limits as Vault Cache?
Or does this contain the same emails as archive explorer?
