Web App Not DisPlaying All Subfolders

I'm running EV 8.0 SP3, archivng both Exchange and my file server.  When a user logs in to OWA and opens Archive Explorer, she sees her mailbox and the file server folder to which she has permission (and which has been archived).  But when she expands that folder, it only displays a partial list of the subfolders.  It shows the A*** through L*** subfolders, but it's missing the M*** through Z*** subfolders.  Is this a setting that I need to configure in the webapp.ini file?  I've looked through the webapp.ini options, but don't see one that appears to be relevant to this.  Any suggestions?  Thanks.

Hello Charles,

Sounds like an issue I am having.

Check document http://seer.entsupport.symantec.com/docs/317799.htm

Seeing you are on 80SP3, there is a tool that will fix the issue (if you have it!). Call support, and ask for the " ArchiveFolderFix "

In the document is a query you can run to determine if the issue you see is what the document describes.

can you use PermissionsBrowser.exe in the EV install directory to make sure she definitely has permissions to view the top level folders?

Also, do those folders show when just using IE and not going through OWA?

Yes, she has permission to the top-level folder, and she's able to see it in Archive Explorer (through OWA).  The problem is, it only displays about the first half of the second-level folders.  What's interesting is that when viewing Archive Explorer from her Outlook, her archived folder doesn't even show up at all.  Any thoughts??  Thanks.

if you open through outlook, AE will not show FSA archives, you have to go to http://yourEVServer/EnterpriseVault/ArchiveExplorerUI.ASP to see that
back to permissions browser though, what does it show on the folders she can't see under Automatic Permissions?
