What happen is an archive as no Billing account

Hi All, 

I have a question about the Billing Account, In the following scenario what is the best way? I'm thinking of removing the billing account?

We delete some mailbox (Exchange) we leave the archive (Enterprise Vault) for Historical reason, I change the archive name by adding the prefix "Historical", now I'm thinking removing the billing account.

What are the best practice or recommendation, for archive that no longer have mailbox to archive? 

What happen if this archive have no Billing Account?

Hi Antonio,

There is no best practice on this really, but what most customers do is they set a common or service account (like VSA for example) for the archives that no longer have a mailbox in Exchange.
