Hi all
I am running EV 10 and tried to restore one email message but I got error code Exception 0x80020009.
For solving this issue What do I check? How can I see detailed error log when I try to restore it in advance?
When I tried to restore other email messages, it is worked rightly.

Hi Jake,
Have you tried exporting more emails and you get the same error? The Enterprise Vault event viewer logs on the EV server can give you more information about the issue.

Yes, others emails was okay. After checking event viewer logs on the EV server and I'll give you more information for solving this error. Thank you Virgil.

Hi Jake,
It is possible that the message is corrupted.
Try to restore the same message from Search/Archive Explorer. Do you get the same error?
