Hi
We are presently trying to move place holders from out old file server to a new one but are experiencing this problem
I can see all the placeholders and open them successfully on the old file server but the FSA utility cannot find them
I have also found a problem that I think might be related with archive explorer as some of the archives can be seen but there is lots missing
When I browse the old fileserver I can see all the placeholders in the comms folder, but when I browse the folder in archive explorer I cannot see the majority of placeholder files in this folder
Can anybody help please? using EV 9.0.4.1097
