We have Enterprise Vault 22.214.171.1243
I have one user who reports not being able to double-click a message in the EVS top pane to open it.
She can open it with right-click and Download but then when she tries to forward it, the body of the message is blank.
I've asked her to try it on a different PC and she reports that the behaviour is the same.
Also tried different browsers (IE and Chrome) and the behaviour is the same.
She can work around this by using Forward as attachment then opening the attachment which works OK.
And it's not all the messages, some of them work fine.
I've tried rebuilding her index but that didn't fix it.
