Hi,
I know there is this "export" tool in Vault for restoring archive messages back to a user's mailbox.
Is there a way to only export archived emails from vault to exchange that a corresponding shortcut still exist in Outlook (and skip email that a shortcut was deleted by the users)? So far, the only thing I can think of is to asked the users to re-import them manually after selecting all the shortcut present.
Can a powershell commands combination be used to find the shortcuts in a mailbox and import back these messages?
our environment:
-Enterprise vault 9.0.4 (windows 2k3)
-MS Exchange 2007 (Windows 2008)
-Outlook 2013 (Windows 7)
Any advise?
Thank you!

Sorry, but no. You would either have to have to end user do it as you have found or use a third-party software like our product called Archive Shuttle. Links are in my signature. :)

Since we'll have to do it for 200+ users, I'll take a look at Archive Shuttle. Thank you!
