i disabled the test pc group policy from the top, then restart the pc.

so some of the ie settings in policy effects the EV authentication, i am trying to find it now:)

Most likely the site isn't in the intranet zone
1. On the users desktop, when the prompt for the username and password is shown, note the server above the text inputs, this is the server that is requesting authentication.
2. On the EV server, navigate to the properties of the Mailbox Policy (EV 2007 and earlier) or Desktop Policy (EV 8.0 and higher).
3. On the Advanced tab, select either Outlook or Desktop (dependent on the version of EV installed).
4. Choose Add Server To Intranet Zone.
5. Enter all the Short Names and Fully Qualified Domain Names (FQDN) for the EV Servers, including the Server name noted from Step 1 and press OK. Note: this is a Semi Colon delimited list.
6. Navigate to the Exchange Mailbox Archiving Task and synchronize all mailboxes from the Synchronization tab.
7. After synchronization has taken place, close Outlook on the affected users Desktop and then re-open it and test again.
for other possible causes check out this technote:

it asks password from:
windows security
connecting to:a01evsrv01.companynet.local
when i enter the credientials no problem.
Add Server To Intranet Zone is also have:
a01evsrv01;a01evsrv01.companynet.local

Then you will want to refer to the other options in the technote.

do you use a proxy server perchance?
You may want to add EV to the proxy bypass if you do
Other than that, its all the normal stuff, make sure that IWA is enabled, that the client isn't caching an old username/password in the managed passwords list, that IE is set to allow for IWA and that it isn't set to prompt for a username and password etc

iwa is enabled also in ie.
still same issue:(

you may want to use WFetch to see whats going on
oh and you mentioned IIS7, so that means you are using 2008 R2?
Can you check whether MSKB968389 has been installed?

no KB968389 is not installed on evserver. this is required?

nono , but there have been people saying that it causes authentication to continually prompt
Any chance of a client trace and a look at the IIS logs?

heres your issue, its calling download.asp from the following URL
However this is whats in your intranet zone
ADDSERVERTOINTRANETZONE = ayg01evsrv01;ayg01evsrv01.companynet.local;arsiv;arsiv.company.com.tr
You have to add arsiv.companynet.local to your intranet zone and that will see you through

it works now.
