mailboxes can not be sycronized

hi,

i am using EV 9 with Exchange 2010 my clients are ussing Outlook 2010 when i want to sync any mailbox its can not be sync can some one tell me what i have to check??

Are there any corresponding errors in the event log when you sync?  If so can you post them?

When you say sync do you mean Outlook Sync or EV sync via EV mailbox Task? Can you clarify.
