That error seems to be unrelated but it might actually be.  Can you try the solution here?

Enterprise Vault Client add-in toolbar does not display when client logging level is set to error or informational.

The Log is huge, 1.34MB. What am I looking for?

You will want to look for an error message.  Something like this TN:

Users cannot delete shortcuts and archived items: 400 Bad Request seen in Client Trace

Hi Tony,

thank's for the info. Unfortunately, there's no indication regarding bad request in the client trace log.

If I'm searching for "error", I receive this:

" IDispatch::GetIDsOfNames("MessageClass") failed, error 80020006"

Best regards

Daniel
