Team ,
one quick question all the mails are getting converted into SQL database in that all the attachments are also moving into the same database instance when it transfer to SQL . how is that please reply .

First off, neither the attachments or emails are stored in SQL. The are converted into the dvs format and stored on the Vault Store Partitions.
Depending to how you set up your Vault Store Groups, yes, EV will single instance that attachments from different mailboxes. This is called OSIS, Optimized Single Instance Storage.
You can refer to this article to understand it better. It was introduced in EV 8 and is the same in EV 9 and 10.
