v7 SP1 Placeholder deletion question (+ quiick ACE question too!)

Hi guys, I can't seem to figure out how to make the shortcut deletion work for FSA...deleted the files in the archive using Storage Expiry, then set the time on the FSA task to a few minutes in the future, restarted all services and tasks, and nothing happened to any of the shortcuts.  Using V7 SP1.  Any ideas?
 
Also, can anyone point me to some a doc that has the specific keywords/phrases/combinations that Orchestria is using in ACE with the "predefined content"?  The descriptions in the app are very general, so its stamping retention tags where it shouldn't, and the customer would like to know what's triggering the false positives.

Here's another 2 Orchestria questions as an add on...
 
Any way to specify a different location for the Central Management DB and Log for Orchestria?...it looks like it just puts it in the installation directory.
 
Is there any way to specify an external sender or domain in the rules?  It looks like there's only a "recipients" box to fill in.
