Choice of upgrade path from v2.6.0.3 to v2.6.1(.1?)...

N5230 v2.6.0.3 - new build

I have the choice of upgrading:

a) From v2.6.0.3 to v2.6.1 to v2.6.1.1... which will allow a downgrade to v2.6.1, if issues are experienced.

...or:

b) From v2.6.0.3 direct to v2.6.1.1... which will NOT allow a downgrade to v2.6.1, if issues are experienced.

Any advice on upgrade path a) or b) ?

And that was on an N5330 right?

So maybe, in your case, the BIOS revision was too high for v2.6.1 on an N5330 - but is ok now that you have v2.6.1.1 installed.

Whereas, in my case, BIOS revision was too low for v2.6.1.1 on an N5230.
