Unable to mount file system after storage went offline

Hi there, I hope that someone can help me.

After storage shelf went off line I am no longer able to use pdvol / advol, upon trying to mount i get the below error, I believe there are some commands to be run in order to bring it back to working state.

I've tried some commands and to me storage is visible by appliance.

Any help is much appreciated - thanks for understanding.

Great that you have got everything working again.

As for the hardware itself - from the hostname (but not confirmed) the appliance is a 5220 (possibly a 5230) which is well past its end of life (5220 must be as least 10 years old, or if a 5230 - at least 7 years old). Both of these appliances are not supported by Veritas (there may be support availble from third parties). If this appliance is storing production data, then I would be seriously looking to management to upgrade/replace these with something newer - the next time something breaks you may not be able to recover.
