2 acsls libraries on a windows media server

I am trying to get windows media servers running NBU 7.1 to connect to two different acsls libraries.  We have libattach 1.4.3 installed but we can only see one library.  Anyone ever do this?  We used to have it working on one server a long time ago so I know it can be done but the folks who set it up have moved on.

Do you have two robot defined in the Netbackup environment ?.

Are the robot different ACS or one ACS with multiple LSMs' ?

Where is it that you can 'see' only one library?
