Adding VMware Credentials

Unable to add credential for the new Vcenter 5.0 server, which is now running Windows Server 2008 R2.

The account being used has been added into the local admin group on both the VMware backup host and the Vcenter server.

vSphere 5 is not yet supported by NBU.

Supported with NBU 7.5 or NBU 7.1.0.3.

chris can u more precise on the error you are getting (snapshot fo error would do)

also please share ifo about your NBU environment

Assuming you have 7.1.0.3, can you provide the bpvmutil log so we can see the error you are seeing when adding the credential.

Remove credential validation and see if it allows you to add the credentials.  Then test a browse for Virtual machine.
