BAREMETAL Restore error

Hello I´m trying to restore a server to a completelly differenr hardware,

I´m getting some error --rc(23) while partitioning

that is a windows 2k3 server

I have generats a new srt, updated, PXE have started ok, tfst (slow) but ok,
I have put all drivers from destination server,

It happens when netbackup restore try partitioning the disk.

Any Idea?

Does anyone have done something like this?

of course when I tell about competelly different is not THAT completelly, X86 to X86, Intel to Intel...but different mother board/ NIC/ Raid and stuff

Step 1: create a SRT
update the srt w/ the new version of NB

Step 2: Discover

I have set the MAC address to the destination server w/ the BMR configuration,  copy from current to NEW_BMR.

Prepare a Discover w/ that configuration,

Step 3: Initialize All

I have "initiaized all"  in that NEW_BMR configuration, all devices from the destination server is now in the configuration NEW_BMR,
Set NIC, IP/NETMASK/FQN

step 4: Prepare to restore.

I got n error while Ramdisk was loading,  ther is something about it in documentation, I ´ll try again, network latency must be the fault,

I ´ll put an step by step here, I hope it works.


If I did something wrong please alert me..

The problem was a DNS reverse  finishing configuration now
