Can anyone help me out to find how much backup its writting at actual speed

create the directory or folder on the media server

/usr/openv/netbackup/logs/bptm

or

$INSTALL_DIR\Veritas\NetBackup\logs\bptm

A logfile will be created that includes the transfer rate of the backup images.

Thanks stump but i also need to check how much data its been backed up.

When you start a backup.does it shows that this amount of data needs to backed up.

So how can i check the backup size from a jobid because i am running three diffrent policies with same client.

you have to wait until a backup runs and then you can see the size
