BMRERR: Received BMR error: Failed to import Config file. (1)

So, the BMR option is selected in policy attributes.

Do you need BMR for this client?

What is Solaris version on the client?

According to OS compatibility guide, ZFS file system support with BMR has the following in Notes column:
1. Qualification is done on Solaris 10 SPARC Update 8 and Update 9.

Hi Somesh,

Can you please provide more information about the client.

1) What is the netbackup version on master and client?

2) What is the solaris OS version on client?

3) BMRD log on Master server (log generated with verbose level 6)

4) Client's bmr configuration file bundle.dat. This bundle.dat file can be found on your client at below path:  <nbu_installation_directory>/baremetal/client/data

Example: /usr/openv/netbackup/baremetal/client/data/bundle.dat

If this is not present, run below command which will generate the bundle.dat for this client.

/usr/openv/netbackup/bin/bmrsavecfg -infoonly

5) BMRSAVECFG log (verbose level  6) on client machine.

thanks
