Backup of Large SQL Server Database failing

One of the SQL Server 2012's database having size 148GB randomly failing. Some time database backup sucessfull and some time it failed.

DbClient log file is attached.

Please help.

Comms failure between client and media server:

You will need bptm and bpbrm logs on media server as well.
Get network admins to monitor connections between client and media server.
