Can we define two storage locations in single backup policy?

In single backup policy can we define two storage locations one location for full backup ( on tape cartridge) and second one for incremental backup ( on disk )

Yes.

You will have 2 schedules in same policy - Incr and Full.

You can select a different storage unit in attributes of each schedule with 'Override policy storage'.

Just use "Override policy storage selection" in the schedule that you want to change.

No - if you use accelerated backups because a switch of storage units cause a new traditional full backup before accelerating backups again.
