Catalog backup is getting fail with error code 24

Hi,

I have master and 2 media servers, catalog backup was configured with media server with tape library, catalog backup was failed with tape, so I have changed the change the storage to another media server with de duplication storage, it was also failed with ec24, I have checked the connectivity and restarted the master services also, but still it is failing with 24 (only 1 stream is getting fail, due to that the parent job is also getting fail, 3rd stream is getting )

any suggestion to fix this issue.

I would like to get more information here. Satus 24 is a communication error, ie. "socket write failed". We will want to look at logs and see where it broke down. 

Please reply with the detailed status of the failed job and the bpbrm and bptm logs.

Please show us all text in Details tab of the failed jobs.

Please also share exact OS versions on master and media servers.

Please do not backup NBU Catalog to dedupe storage - all sorts of complexities if/when you need to recover master server's catalog from dedupe storage....
If at all possible, config catalog backup to local storage on the master.

On media server. bptm and bpbrm

Please copy logs to .txt files (e.g. bptm.txt and upload as File attachments.
