Yup. Netbackup stinks (IMO). Apparently this is a "feature" and is working as designed. You have to submit an enhancement request for them to think about even looking at it to fix it.
We just spent 4 weeks with Symantec on this issue to find this out.
Real lousy, if you ask me.
