I copying tape images to another media in scratch volume. there are no options to point specific media where i want the images to copy. I mean i want to copy in media id 00001 with in scratch volume pool. However in netbackup GUI(catalog- duplicate) dont have ways to point to the specific media id for duplication. It only give option to select volume pool. Is there anyway i can point to media id 00001 for coying the images of media 'X'?
what NBU version are u using Abu? and u dont need to force it to be in a specific media, if the tape is in the scratch list it will take the first one available, just has the scratch work for normal backups.
