We have a number of remote users using VPN and we are having 2 major issues. Remote users can backup most of mydocs just fine, but PST's are not backing up completely. We assume its an issue that the backup can't happen quickly enough over the VPN to get a full version of the PST. When the connection cuts out or the computer turns off the computer, the network data folder will have a fragment of the PST. The next day, when the user logs in again, another PST file begins a backup. So, we never get a good backup of the PST, and our server is eventually going to be filled with extra fragments of PST files.
Does anyone have any ideas? I am fairly new to this, can Symantec be contacted and asked question?
