I noticed on the Default-Application Backups, there are only 5 files. However it appears that for each database instance (such as WSS_Content, or BESMgt), the size is completely different. (See below). Is there a reason for this? My .bch file is set to create a Full backup of my SPP instance that has several databases. Again, I am new to Netbackup and this forum has helped me out a great deal. However, I see that I still have a long way to go. Thanks again for you all assistance.

Jobs of Application Backup schedule type are initiated by the application that is backed up.
I assume that you configured MS SQL Server backup. When job of Automatic Backup schedule runs, NetBackup Client on the client host commands SQL Server instance to backup databases through VDI linked with NetBackup. How jobs will be created, which data will be included in each job, and size of each jobs are determined at SQL Server side. Size will be various, and it is normal behavior.

In support of Yasuhisa's excellent post - there are more checks you can perform:
In each of those backup jobs, you can see the database name in the Overview tab of the job.
For details about each of those streams and what exactly is backed up by each of them, ensure dbclient log folder exists on the SQL client. The log wil tell you what SQL is backing up.
