How could we can differentiate Disk & Tape restoration while both the primary copies are available.

Are you looking back trying to figure out if a previous restore used disk or tape?
Or are you trying to find out how to force a restore to use an image on disk rather than tape?

You can't have two primary version of the same backup image. One will always be the primary the other secondary.
Use bpimagelist -L -backupid {image_id} to see what version is the primary
