During Restore it is like hung, there is no activity in activity monitor

Hi,


We are facing one problem after initiating restore it is not showing any activity in activity monitor , we can not stop it and it is like hung
what to do to this job

Please suggest

We have netbackup enterprises version 6.5.1

The job is in Queue from last  few hours

Try the bpdbjobs -kill <job id> to kill the job and re-intiate it.

What kind of restore is it? Do you see a tar process running on the client?

Please try to see the data you want to restore from the client you are restoring to using bplist or BAR. It might cause some issue. I'd also check the set of media servers in clients'  bp.conf.
