EMC DL4100 with Integrated Media Manager

I have a Netbackup 6.5 environment, and I am trying to add a media manager to it.  The media manager is built into the console of an EMC DL4100 virtual library.  Basically it's a Lunix server with NBU6.0 MP4 installed on it.  Has anyone done this before?  I am getting a status code 57 - client connection refused when I try to manage it from my master server...Thanks

Update on this... I called Symantec Technical Support and we fixed it by restarting xinetd.  There was no bpcd process running, and this started it up.  Everything is good now.
