Is this windows client backup?
What was the type of plicy? MS_WINDOWS or STANDARD.
Using NetBackup admin GUI, please do "verify" the backup.

Thanks.

Zahid,
if you look at your screenshot, you see 'current' and 'New' under the client name. You get the error when you choose the 'New' config.
Bill is asking 'What happens if you choose the 'current' config?'
