Hi,
Just upgraded from 7.1.0.1 to 7.5.0.6. Got status 20 on Exchange 2003 backups (use GRT), I understand this is because we need use snapshots. Enabled snapshots and now getting status 13 file read failed. Seems to write some data then fails after a while.
Any ideas? bpbkar log attached.

may be you would need to check that message and any space issues that you have in the exchage server.

Yes I noticed this, however, every disk has at least 60% free space on it (which is hundreds of gb's).

Reviving a 2-week-old post...
As far as I am aware, it is only Exch 2010 that requires snapshot backups.
Have a look at these videos - should still be valid for NBU 7.5.x:
