We have a new backup that was running a backup on our exchange 2010 servers. Last night it failed with a 26 error. I'm not the admin that configured this and have no idea what to do to troubleshoot, so I am coming to the experts. I don't have access to the servers, so I have to deal with other if log folders need to be created. What logs would I need to create? Anything else I need to look at?
Thanks,

Nevermind. I pinged the server and a configuration change, unintentionally changed the IP for the box. They are working to get it back. This can be closed please.

Thanks Riaan,
I will put this in my memory banks. Luckily, this enned up being a config mistake made by the exchange team.
