Only you know all the hops your data takes along the path. Test raw file copy along the full path. Use network diagnostic software. Isolate the slow link. Maybe the Exchange server is under greater load?

Nobody can help you with this magically across a forum. You will have to do work.

Start by logging a call with Microsoft seeing that this seems to be causing the issue.

Antivirus anti spam was disabled , now backup is running fine

So it was the Anti virus software that was causing the backup to run slow.

It has never been one of my favorite pieces of software.

Will your security let you leave it disabled or will they have it shut down during your backup window?

Moral of the story : If something has suddenly changed without any changes to NBU, look for the answer beyond NBU. NBU is the casualty here, not the cause.
