Exchange Partial Successful Backups

Hi,
 
I hope someone can help me I get partial successful backups on my exchange backups.
 
The thing is it shows Partial but I can still restore from the backups that was made.
 
The one day it is successful and the next day it is partial.
 
Here is what I can see from the activity monitor.

Exchange backup exiting with status 1, the following error is also observed: "BEDS 0xE000FE7A: An error occurred while accessing Microsoft Exchange Server".
 
Details:
"BEDS 0xE000FE7A: An error occurred while accessing Microsoft Exchange Server" is seen in the detailed status of the backup job.
 
The following are examples or errors found in the Application Event log on the Exchange server:
 
Tue Jan 6 2009 08:45:24 ESE E214 MSExchangeIS (7412) First Storage Group: The backup has stopped with error -569.
 
Tue Jan 6 2009 08:45:24 ESE E459 MSExchangeIS (7412) First Storage Group: The file E:\First Storage Group\E0000013D9C.log is missing and could not be backed-up.
