Export Policy for Netbackup 5.x

Hi,

How can I export the Policy into Excel format as part of the Contingency Planning prior to upgrading to 6.5

In addition, what are the commands I can used to view active and inactive policy?

you can run bppllist <policy name> -U  to get policy dump but it's not in tabular format.

Alternatively, you can run bppllist -U -allpolicies, which will show details of all the policies configured.

To see if policy is active or not, run -   "bppllist <policy name> -U |grep Active"
