Failed backup with status code 13 for Lotus Notes

I am using Netbackup 5.1 MP3 to with Lotus Notes Open Agent to backup my email server running R5 on a Windows 2000 platform. The backup is not successful at many times with error code 13. Has anyone encountered this problem? Pls advise.

Yes, I have this problem but i don't use Agent.

In my case, he problem is network interface which problems.

You need to see the log files to identified if eht base.nsf is the same on all backups or different and you need to see if have problems on your network interface.
