FlashBackup on Solaris fails with Status 69 ?

I am using 6.5.6 Netbackup. I have configured a NB policy to use FlashBackup at to use "vxvm" as the snapshot method. I created the mirror first by:

/usr/sbin/vxassist -g disk_group snapstart volume_name
/usr/sbin/vxvol -g disk_group set fmr=on volume_name

I have this in the "Backup Selection" list
/dev/vx/rdsk/vrtsdg/Veritas

I manually run the policy and I see that it creates the SNAP-Veritas volume and atempts to back it up and then fails with a "status 69" and then removed the SNAP-Veritas volume,

this is my current vxprint output.

# vxprint -htg vrtsdg
