How to copy MS SQL BACK file from tape to local disk with netbackup database extension GUI or script?

Hi,
I am new to netBackup 7.5 and have a question about MS SQL Backup.
We have Windows Server 2008R2 and MS SQL Server 2008R2,
MS SQL Databases are backed up to tape by NetBackup.

I can use NetBackup Database Extension to backup database to tape or restore database from tape,
create scripts for these processes.

Now we need to copy back file of one of the databases from tape to local disk - how can I do that?
(with script or NetBackup database Extension - Graphical User Interface)
