How to create a cluster mater server

Hi,

 I have two windows  2008 server . I am planing to create a cluster master server can any one suggest me on what are the steps to be done from the scratch.

I would suggest you to start with Netbackup cluster admin guide., admin guide is your Friend...  :)

Steps are documented in this manual:

NetBackup Clustered Master Server Administrator's Guide http://www.symantec.com/docs/DOC5184  

There is a section for MSCS and another for VCS. 
Follow the steps for the clustering software that you are using.

Please make sure that you go all relevant sections in these manuals and that your cluster worksheet is completed before you start.
